Postpartum Care

Hey there!

I'd like to begin by acknowledging how amazing you're already doing. It's not easy to invest time in seeking help, nor is it simple to navigate through the multitude of available resources. It takes courage to reach out for assistance and to be open to receiving it. However, it's important to remember that you're not alone in this journey, and support is readily available for you.

A little bit about myself:

I'm not your typical postpartum doula. What sets me apart from most postpartum care workers is my belief that the postpartum period extends well beyond 6 weeks and lasts at least 18 months. So, if you find yourself feeling stuck around the 6-month mark and in need of someone to talk to or a quick helping hand in adjusting, I'm here for you.

When I made the decision to enter the field of postpartum work, my goal was to be available to assist in all aspects that are required during this transformative time. As a result, I became a certified babywearing educator and am currently pursuing my certification as a childbirth educator, specializing in full spectrum care, which encompasses conception, postpartum, and even miscarriage support.

There's one more aspect of my approach that may not be typical for most postpartum doulas: I'm also a fashion stylist. I have experience dressing individuals ranging from celebrities to alternative brides and everyday moms. So, if you're struggling with finding the right clothing for your changing body and need assistance in putting together outfits, I can lend a hand.

Ultimately, my main objective is to provide you with support in whatever way you specifically require. The postpartum period varies for each individual, but what remains constant is that every parent needs support in one way or another.
