Spinning Babies is an approach based on easing baby’s rotation. When rotation is easier for baby, birth is often easier for mother.

  • Key website during pregnancy to keep pelvis aligned for optimal pregnancy and labor position for baby

  • Provides exercises/stretches that are easy and safe


Mama Natural

Evidence-based resources, tools, and inspiration for every trimester, medically reviewed by our team of Certified Nurse Midwives to help you have your best and most natural pregnancy and childbirth.

  • I find this website easy to navigate and great for helping you decide what you want in your birth plan and life with your baby


Hypothyroid Mom

Incredible website for information on Thyroid issues and miscarriage information. Website is a bit hard to navigate but research on thyroid pregnancy levels is valuable.

Motherhood Center

The Motherhood Center provides supportive services for new and expecting moms, including a range of treatment options for women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) often referred to as postpartum depression (PPD).

  • Currently offering virtual therapy.

Human Milk Banking

HMBANA believes in a world where all infants have access to human milk through support of breastfeeding and use of pasteurized donor human milk.

  • If you have an over supply or a supply due to infant loss you can donate your breastmilk with a milk bank. There are different chapters throughout the US and EU.
